The apartment building PRIVILODGES LE CHÂTEAU is a unique accommodation place, designed to allow any person, couple or family to find the furnished housing that is perfectly suited to his needs. Whether you are looking for a room in a shared-flat – to save money or to meet people- or a private apartment, each type of accommodation from the single room to the 4-roomed apartment is fully-furnished and equipped. We carefully chose all the materials and colors to ensure that anyone would feel comfortable and would have anything he needs to live, work or study nicely in Grenoble.

The apartment building PRIVILODGES “LE CHÂTEAU” is ideally located in the city-center of Grenoble, right in the Championnet district. Positioned at the crossroads of 3 tram lines, you can easily and rapidly access any work or leisure place. You may also access the building by car. Close to the apartment block, you will find many nice shops, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets while remaining in a peaceful and residential area. The historical building has just been renovated, and reopened on September, 1^st 2017!

The access to the building, to the apartments and to all the service facilities (laundromat) is always secured.
Our objective is to preserve the peace and quiet of our guests within our building, to ensure they can focus on their work and personal life without being bothered by external events.

COMFORT AND CLEANLINESS

Our apartments are clean, in perfect working order and regularly maintained. We carefully see to be highly meticulous and professional during the inventories of fixtures – incoming or outgoing. The communal areas of the building are cleaned and maintained several times a week.

WELCOME DESK & SERVICES

Renting an apartment in Grenoble is not always easy. That is why we remain reachable and available for our guests; would they need to view an apartment, to get answers to their questions or some help with the required documentation once they have made their choice of accommodation.

Laundry Feel free to do your laundry whenever you want! With a secured access and programmable washing machines which are easy to use and regularly maintained, you do not need to bring your dirty laundry home during weekends anymore!
Bike storage room A bike storage room is at the exclusive disposal of our guests. Located in the basement, it is not visible from the outside of the building.
